Heritage Fairs
The Provincial Capital Commission is a proud sponsor of numerous Heritage Fairs that inspire young British Columbians to explore the province’s rich and diverse past.
In addition to regional fairs, the PCC was a major supporter of the 2009 Provincial Fair, held in the Crystal Garden; and the 2008 National Historica Fair.
Capital Award
The Provincial Capital Commission offers a “Capital Award” to all regional Heritage Fairs in British Columbia. Regional judges are authorized to make this award to a project that best illustrates a connection between the students’ communities and BC’s Provincial Capital.
