The Commission
has a 14 member Board of Directors.
Eight members, appointed by Order
in Council, are selected to represent
the Province at large. The remaining
six are appointed by the four core
municipalities of Greater Victoria
(two from Victoria, two from Saanich,
and one each from Oak Bay and Esquimalt).
The position of Chair and Vice-Chair
are two of the appointments made by
the Government of British Columbia.
