PRESENTATIONS TO THE BOARD

The board reserves 15 minutes at each regularly-scheduled board meeting for formal presentations by the public, including presentations by a delegated individual on behalf of a number of interested parties on the same topic.

To present to the board, a written application must be received by 12 noon on the Wednesday prior to the regular board meeting. Each presentation may be up to five minutes.

You will receive confirmation as to whether or not you will be presenting to the board on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Copies of your presentation will be distributed to the board.

If the application is not received by the specified time, PCC staff will make arrangements to have your presentation request submitted at the next board meeting.
