The Provincial Capital Commission owns a number of commercial properties in downtown Victoria, some of which may have retail/commercial space available. The PCC’s St. Ann’s Academy is a popular wedding and event venue and numerous festivals are held each year on PCC-owned parking lot space at both Ship Point and Enterprise Wharf.
The Provincial Capital Commission operates St. Ann’s Academy National Historic Site as a service to the public. Both the historic chapel (built 1858) and auditorium (built 1910) have been painstakingly restored and are popular sites for weddings, concerts and lectures. Some areas of the beautiful grounds are also available for public or private events. For rental information, visit the site at 835 Humboldt Street or visit www.stannsacademy.com or call 250-953-8829.

The PCC offers daily paid parking at three locations on the Inner Harbour, and monthly parking at two of them (1020 Wharf Street and 254 Belleville Street). To enquire about a monthly parking pass, call Robbins Parking at 250-382-4411.
