The PCC provides some travel funding for student groups making educational visits to the Capital. Also eligible are student groups from the Capital Region arranging an educational exchange with groups from other parts of the Province. As a new feature of the program, these "Capital Exchanges" are also available to youth-oriented service groups such as scouts, guides, and 4H clubs.

For travel from July 2009 to January 2010, the application deadline is May 21, 2009. For travel from February to June 2010, the application deadline is November 12, 2009:
